What Happened To Me These Last Months: An Integrative Toxicological Journey

I was sick constantly. Six or seven times in six months. It all started with a pulled tooth.

I was stuck. The things that brought me joy were suddenly gone. I am a competitive athlete, a fighter who thrives on combat sports, but my body stopped cooperating. Training on an empty tank is soul-crushing. It drains you. It makes you furious.

This collapse was not an accident. It was not bad luck. A deeply overburdened system finally broke down, and it screamed until I listened.

The Excuse That Stopped Working

I spent eighteen months studying integrated health. During that journey, I hit a wall.

I make my living through creative work. Yet, the relentless chase for wealth got in the way of basic survival. Here is the cold truth: most people are running from an uncomfortable choice. The longer you run, the worse it gets. The debt accumulates silently. It builds interest. Eventually, your body demands payment.

I turn thirty this year. I am glad. My body decided to break down while I am still young enough to fix it. I opened Pandora’s box. I faced the mess. Some people drag these hidden landmines into their fifties or sixties, waiting for the inevitable disaster. My invoice arrived early. I would rather pay it today than face bankruptcy tomorrow.

A Letter to Myself

I wrote this on one of my darkest days:

“I had the feeling these past days that I can’t take it anymore. The symptoms are getting to my head and sometimes I don’t want to keep fighting. I still feel weak, but I’ve been in much worse places. From here, everything goes uphill. I want my own apartment with a treatment room. I want my peace. I want my own vibe back. My life got stolen from me. I’m getting it back — I promise.”

I am keeping those words intact. The science below reads as cold and clinical, but my lived experience was anything but detached. That was me, raw and defeated, standing at the very bottom.

The System of Systems

No symptom exists in isolation. Everything connects. When one piece falters, the entire ecosystem begins to degrade.

It started with my environment. I grew up in a house filled with toxic mold. Mycotoxins loaded my immune system, blocked my liver pathways, and triggered chronic systemic inflammation that slowly weakened my gut lining and my blood-brain barrier. It was a quiet poison. It worked in the dark.

Then came the amalgam filling in tooth 26. Heavy metals continuously off-gassed mercury vapor into my bloodstream, binding to essential proteins, clogging my cellular detox mechanisms, and slowly accumulating inside my nervous system and jawbone.

The root canal turned a slow burn into a fire. A dead tooth can never be completely sterilized, and inside those tiny, microscopic channels, anaerobic bacteria multiplied and spewed vile toxins into my tissue. Old-school healers called them corpse poisons. They were right.

A chronic cyst formed. My body tried to defend itself by walling off the rot, but the surrounding jawbone began to decay. Because tooth 26 sits directly on the stomach and spleen meridians, that constant leak of inflammatory signals kept my digestive tract in a state of endless war.

Finally, the tooth came out. Surgically removed. The primary toxic source on my stomach meridian was suddenly gone, and my digestion improved almost immediately. Cause and effect. Direct and undeniable.

Then the gut broke. Years of heavy metals and dental toxins had utterly destroyed my internal terrain. My mucosal barrier collapsed, opportunistic pathogens hijacked the biome, and a leaking gut allowed bacteria to escape into my pelvic tissue, laying the silent groundwork for a severe local infection.

My adrenals collapsed under the weight of it all. Pumping out nonstop cortisol to fight three separate fires finally broke my central stress response, leaving my cellular powerplants completely starved of energy.

The Lucky Break

My body reached its absolute limit. It could no longer suppress the silent pelvic infection, and the hidden pressure finally exploded into an acute emergency.

I was stretching after returning from my IMS 2 certification in America when a deep, ancient tightness in my hamstring suddenly gave way. Fluid shifted. Bacteria invaded the surrounding tissue. A massive, painful infection flared up immediately.

That crisis forced a harsh medical reset. I took a strong course of Ciprofloxacin and paired it with a brutal, fifteen-day zero-carb diet, flushing out the microbial overgrowth, starving the fungal opportunistic invaders, and finally breaking the cycle of infection that had crippled my life for years.

Where I Stand Now

The constant fire is out. My immune system no longer lives in permanent panic.

My adrenals are healing. My energy returned. The heavy, suffocating fog lifted as my mitochondria began producing real power again, proving that once you remove the primary poisons and clear the deep infections, the human body knows precisely how to heal itself.

I am not sharing this for sympathy. I am sharing this because I spent years treating symptoms as random noise rather than desperate warnings from a failing system.

Find the root. Stop managing the symptoms. That applies to health, business, and life itself. A symptom is merely where the damage shows up, never where the crisis started.

If your body is sending you signals—fatigue, gut chaos, or recurring illness—do not ignore them. The problem is compounding silently upstream. Address it now.

Go find your root cause before it finds you.
